Factory tech pack
Spec sheet (JSON + PDF) a manufacturer can build from — measurements, fabric estimate, seams, fit.
Join the House — build your own fashion brand
Competitors turn your sketch into a spec sheet. I2P HOUSE turns your phone photo into a manufacturable garment and the campaign that sells it.
No technical designer. No photoshoot. No $1,400 first draft.
Concept preview shown — final campaign asset drops into /assets before launch.
The problem
A technical designer charges $100 – $2,000 per garment. Without it, your factory guesses — and you pay for the guess in samples and reorders.
Real product photography runs into four figures. So most indie brands launch with a camera roll and a hope — and it reads that way.
No spec means manufacturing roulette. No campaign means a quiet launch. The cost isn't the $1,400 — it's the brand that never quite starts.
How it works
One phone photo of the real garment — worn or flat, on a bed, against a wall. It's how you already photograph your product.
I2P HOUSE reads the photo: a clean product image, a mirrored-logo check, and a factory-ready spec sheet a manufacturer can build from.
The same photo becomes your campaign — poster, lookbook cards, editorial treatments. One input, the whole launch.
What you get
Spec sheet (JSON + PDF) a manufacturer can build from — measurements, fabric estimate, seams, fit.
Background removed. The hero image for every listing, without a photoshoot.
Launch-ready key art that makes the drop feel like a brand, not a side project.
Consistent product cards for your site, lookbook, and social — same language across every piece.
Composited shots and layouts that make one garment look like a line.
Catches the silent defect phone-first brands hit: the logo mirrored backwards in the photo — before it reaches a factory or a post.
Validated, not modeled
We ran the full pipeline — mirrored-logo check, clean image, factory-ready tech pack — against 41 real products pulled from three live, real-world retail catalogs, spanning everyday basics to structured, editorial pieces: blazers, jacquard jackets, tailored skirts, bomber jackets. Every item was read by live vision, not a placeholder or a synthetic test image. 0 of 41 failed.
Measured, not estimated: 173,182 real API tokens spent across the validation run, at roughly $0.006–$0.02 per garment. That's what it actually costs to run this today, not a modeled guess.
Internal validation research, run against real catalog photography for our own testing purposes — not a claim of partnership, affiliation, or endorsement by any retailer or brand.
Pricing
One freelance tech pack runs $100–$2,000. One photoshoot runs four figures. If you make one garment a month, I2P HOUSE pays for itself the first time you use it.

Straight answers
There are, and some are good — they turn a sketch into a spec sheet and stop. I2P HOUSE turns a photo of a real garment into the spec and the campaign. If you only need a spec sheet, honestly, use one of them.
For simple construction it gets you most of the way, and factories work from it. For complex technical construction you still want a technical designer — we won't pretend otherwise. It's the starting point that saves you the $100–$2,000 first draft.
You can — that's literally how this started. The difference is consistency and guardrails, like catching that your logo is mirrored before it's printed, which a general chat won't flag. Try the free tier and judge the difference yourself.
You'd be early — I2P HOUSE is in private beta, built and tested against real garment photos during development, not invented customers. Founding members get a locked rate for coming in early.
Private beta
I2P HOUSE is opening in private beta. Founding members lock $29/mo (list $49) for the first 50. We read every reply — tell us what breaks. We're also looking for a handful of pilot brands willing to run their own catalog through it, and a partner to co-develop the embedded API for print-on-demand and PLM platforms.
